Alright so I just learned that our already terrible art program is getting even worse. Our ex-principal at my high school had to give a speech about how our only "art teacher" at my school has "Mental Health Issues" (which frankly we already knew). Whoop-De-Frickin do. They don't even teach you anything in that class anyway, now we get to learn even less.

So it looks like I'll never have a real art class. I really wanted to learn more about art. I want to learn anatomy, the technicality, how to color and everything but I have no clue where to begin, especially since I'll end up having to learn it all by myself with DA as my singular teacher.


But there maybe hope. There is a person at our school who draws. She isn't a teacher but she supervises the computer lab. So unfortunately I can't have her teach me. But I may be able to pull a few strings and get an actual teacher to supervise me while she teaches me. I don't think I'll learn technicalities or anatomy with her though, probably just more about photoshop and whatnot.

But I really want to expand my mediums, I want to learn how to color with colored pencils. My family is full of artists, but they are mostly painters. My great grandfather paints a lot, even in his 90's. I wish he could teach me but he lives in another state.


I may not ever get the art class I want, but I may be able to learn something heheh...

In unrelated news, yes, I know I still haven't uploaded those 2,500 photos. I'm a lazy bum with uploading, it takes way to long on m computer.

and I'm going to yellowstone next week! yay!! I just want to see the wolves.
